I am unsure who and where to ask, I have tried to look around but I couldn't find anything useful.

Case
I need to create a list of employees somewhere in the backend, so I easily can maintain the data and change it as needed.
This checklist should be implemented in other pages, to check what employees should be visible on the page
Picture 1:
This picture illustrates two lists, the first list is of employees and the other is of general data.
Picture 2:
The second picture has been modified to illustrate what I want. I want to be able to implement "Betjener" from my main folder (member area) to all pages in this folder, but without having to enter data on all pages.
A list of all employees that I can select if it should be visible on the page or not, is what I need. any thoughts or ideas of how to do something similar?
