Can't upload image in Media, U v8

I'm upload images in Media very well, but once I have this error http://prntscr.com/q9pak4

request POST umbraco/backoffice/UmbracoApi/Media/PostAddFile - 200 OK

request GET media/nwnjy0rg/overlay.jpg?width=500&mode=max&animationprocessmode=first when image should be - 404 error

How I can fix this error? Please, help

I check permissions for Media folder are correct.

Can you check that file exists in media/nwnjy0rg/overlay.jpg

Is it media/nwnjy0rg/overlay.jpg works?

maybe you have some tool like url scan installed, it can block urls with parameters ?

Folder and img file not create

Url scan or other tool not installed

This is https://gofile.io/?c=z8QuLU log file, no Error/Exception then info impossibility create folder & file

I'm find solution here https://our.umbraco.com/forum/umbraco-8/98644-setting-up-azure-blob-storage. 3'rd answer https://our.umbraco.com/forum/umbraco-8/98644-setting-up-azure-blob-storage#comment-313273. After add Web.config in Media folder all works fine
