how to migrate to Nested content? Can anyone explain the full detail?
Notes: I will upgrade the the version Umbraco v7 to Umbraco v8.

Unfortunately, the answer is: there is no good way. At least not there is no way to do it automatically.
As mentioned on twitter, your best shot is probably https://github.com/tcmorris/umbraco-datatypeconverter. It doesn't do archetype specifically but it's a starting point...
