Hi,

I'm trying to install Umbraco 8 using the directions at https://our.umbraco.com/Documentation/Getting-Started/Setup/Install/install-umbraco-with-nuget and it's failing every time.

I'm using Visual Studio 2017 version 15.9.17.

I have tried using the Nuget Console and the Nuget Package Manager interface. It gets to the Newtonsoft.Json package install, fails, then rolls back the installation. It finishes with this error:

'C:\temp_source\cleanumbracoinstalls\CleanU840_Forms\CleanU840\packages\Newtonsoft.Json.12.0.1\lib\net20\Newtonsoft.Json.dll' because it is being used by another process.

Any idea what might cause this?
