I've got a client that needs a more advanced upload control on Forms:

• Ability to add uploads to a list (that is go to a folder, select something, then click upload again, go to another folder, select something else and add it to the list)
• Delete items from said list
• Show all items added to the list (as a list of filenames)
• Have multiple such controls on the page

All those should be able to be done before submitting the form.

How would you go about it? Develop something of my own, or go for integration of an already existing control, and if so, which one? Any help / advice /hint appreciated!
