    Umbraco 8.4 - Error (usync)

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 8

    Hi,

    After upgrading Umbraco 8.3 to 8.4 i get an error:

    No configuration of type uSync.Publisher.Configuration.uSyncPublisherConfig has been added. enter image description here

    The log contains no more info than in the screenshot.

    I've tried to reinstall usync but that doesn't work.

    Does anyone know a solution?

    Hi Ruben,

    I think this is a bug when the uSync.Publish.config file is either missing or corrupt for some reason. (assuming you have uSync.Complete installed?)

    just double check that there is a usync.publish.config file in the config folder and that it's valid XML ?

    We are going to put a fix into the next release make sure this doesn't fail so spectacularly when the file isn't there.

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for your reply.

    The uSync.Publish.config is not changed or deleted.

    We will wait for the new release and try to upgrade again.
