There's an article on adding Google Auth (https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/tutorials/Add-Google-Authentication/)

By adding this package: https://www.nuget.org/packages/UmbracoCms.IdentityExtensions/ it will expose the core functionality to build your 2FA on.
