    What strategy to follow for setting up a small webshop

    Good day fellow Umbracians,

    I am develop a website with Umbraco 8 with which visitors can sign up for a sporting event of children. For each application they have to enter some information and buy a ticket to be able to participate. Clients must also be able to pay their tickets.

    This seems like a very easy webshop with only one article, namely a ticket. I have stumbled upon Merchello, but when I tried to install it's latest version all I got was exceptions. Does anybody of any other extensions that can help my create this functionality?

    Merchello is not ready for Umbraco 8 yet. That's the downside to the core changes that Umbraco does between major versions

    There's a free version if it suits your needs - the jump to the PRO version is a bit pricey for a small webshop
