I think there are some packages that does this, else you can write a custom listview for rendering the members and add a filter dropdown with all the member groups.
A tutorial about custom listviews can be found here as a starter point:
I'm running the V 13 and still the feature doesn't exist yet on Umbraco backoffice, I'm interested in it but seems a good PR to open on Github with a proof.
Member Group View is empty ?
Hi folks,
I Umbraco Back Office, when I click a Member Group, I can only see the Group name.
Shouldn't I be able to see the Members assigned to this specific group ?
Hi Sebastian,
no, in this location you only manage the
Member Group
nothing else. So in this case you only manage the name of the Member group. The member listview is only present in the items under
Members
. You could however customize the listview in order to filter on member group.Have a nice day.

Ok, but I can't find any columns that relates to the Member Groups. So how do I filter the list then ?
