    Installing Plumber.Workflow (Plumber 2) in Umbraco v8 using Visual Studio Code.

    I would like to install Plumber.Workflow (Plumber 2) without using Visual Studio. I am using Visual Studio code.

    Tried installing with the CLI command: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Plumber.Workflow

    dotnet add package Plumber.Workflow --version 1.1.2

    Plumber does not appear in the UI and it does not get added App_Data\packages

    Please help. Thank you.
