Our client has noticed that if they don't fill in required fields in the CMS that the Validation errors are not very clear.

For example, if they forget to enter the Page Title and click on Save or Publish then the Field is highlighted Red - which is good BUT if they have scrolled down the page it is hard for them to know if there is an error or not - the green "Success" bar doesn't show but to newbies this isn't always enough - they need a RED bar to flag an error. Im sure in older versions of the CMS that this was the case.

Is this a bug or has this been removed?
