Blank pages in Umbraco 6
Hello, umbracians. Need help with legacy project.

For some reason all pages render blank html:
```
<html>
   <head></head>
   <body></body>
</html>
```
I have no idea why, I have never deal with Umbraco 6.

Already has been checked:
1. Pages have valid templates, that are hardly different of actual results
2. Cache was removed manually, then entire site was republished
3. CustomErrors switched to Off, so it is not a blank error page
