    Frequent database locks since upgrade to 8.5.4

    Hi,

    We are experiencing database locks on a daily basis since we upgraded (and migrated) to 8.5.4. I'll outline the scenario in cases it helps diagnose:

    1. 8.0.2 DB copied from Azure West to Central
    2. Pointed Central Azure App Service with Umbraco 8.5.4 code to database
    3. Performed upgrade with no issues
    4. Rebuild Member Index
    5. Rebuilt and reloaded cache (and another time a couple days later)
    6. We also do slot swapping (with Blob storage for media)

    It seems to happen the most when we update a member using IMemberService.Save and IMembershipRoleService.AssignRole(int memberId, string roleName).

    Any ideas?
