    Possible bug in RTE with Umbraco 8.5.5

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 8

    Hi Anyone came across the following issue with the RTE in Umbraco 8.5.5

    When selecting the image in the RTE, the tab opens, then select the image and the preview is shown, but unable to actually select the image.

    I have attached image to show the issue, I can drag and drop an image with no issue.

    No errors are thrown in the console window

    Hi,

    Have you tried upgrading to 8.6 and then selecting the image? There have been a few fixes to the RTE and Media picker in 8.6, so this might have solved the issue you are having. It works fine for me on 8.6

    Tracked down the problem, its the package Our.Umbraco.Matryoshka, had to delete it and go back to Cultiv Tabify even though it's now deprecated
