Can the issue https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/issues/5926 be reviewed? While it was reported about a year ago the problem remains in umbraco 8 and affects any use of tables in a rich text editor.
The toolbar appears in the correct position (outside of umbraco) when using tinymce with the same version that Umbraco uses. I also tried replacing the tinymce code in umbraco with a more up-to-date version and found that the problem persists which indicates the issue arises within Umbraco code.
