Replace linkpicker in tinymce or add custom plugin

Hep everybody!

We are currently in the situation where we have done a custom linkpicker for a customer but totally forgot about the linkpicker in the rte.

Does someone know whether we can replace Umbracos built in link picker or add a new plugin to tinymce that uses our linkpicker?
