Our client is adding back office users, giving them access to Forms, but when they go to Forms, they cannot see/do anything. Upon investigating, they are not being added to the UFUserFormSecurity table.
Once I modify the table with a temporary autoIncrement pk column, I can add them manually (4 times, once for each form). I then remove the pk column and they have access.
This solution is not acceptable, nor is it sustainable. Can someone tell me what they've done to fix this? We're already running the latest version of Umbraco and Forms.
