    Multi Page form submits when "Next" is clicked

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 7

    Umbraco version 7.12.2 assembly: 1.0.6820.12881 Current installed version of Umbraco Forms: "7.4.1"

    I have created a multipage form. When I click the next button on page 1, it submits the form and does not move to the next page within the form. Data is not saved and no emails are sent.

    Any insights on the issue here would be greatly appreciated!
