Random crash IndexOutOfRangeException

Hi, we are using 7.11.1 on azure WebApp using blob storage and using the suggested packages for azure: https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/getting-started/setup/server-setup/azure-web-apps

recently the site crashes with:

IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array

i read a litle but havnt seen any solution for this. can any one help us?
