    Macro disappears from RTE when clicking Save and Publish

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 8

    I've added the Get Latest Blogposts macro in the grid and an RTE in the same grid on a Content page. Everything looks good until I click Save and Publish. The macro in the RTE vanishes but the macro in the grid remains. I originally had the problem with one of my custom macros but it also happens with the macros supplied with the starter kit.

    Hi Iain, There is an option to allow different tags in tinymce.config.Please check the macro is enabled or not

    I didn't know about this config file.

    The only reference I can find about macro is this line:

            <command alias="umbmacro" name="Macro" mode="All" />

    You might be running into this bug. If so, the workaround is to make sure that you click back inside the RTE after inserting the macro.
