    Forgotpassword not working

    Dear experts,

    I am facing issue with forgot password umbraco backoffice, some time user got email with server ip not hostname and some time getting an error(500 (Internal Server Error)).

    note: SMTP is setup correctly in web config file.

    Please need your valuable advice.
