Adding form to page throws error regarding Macro - V8
We are currently using Umbraco 8.6.2 with the latest version of Umbraco Forms.
When we add a form to a new page we get a Macro error.
The form does appear on the page when published but the macro element in the CMS is blank.
This is the error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

As a follow on - this error only happens when a brand new is added to the CMS. Even it is is just "Saved" it throws the same error.
However, if you Save and Publish the page then add the form it does NOT throw the error.
