Direct routes to Images are 404d, Image processor works fine

Hello I have problem with my setup,

the images directly to the "file" are 404d

https://www.duckferries.com/media/gvijl0xx/gili-trawangan.jpg

but this one will work

https://www.duckferries.com/media/gvijl0xx/gili-trawangan.jpg?width=1000&mode=max&animationprocessmode=first

which is going thru the ImageProcessing pipeline

I'm using image processor and azure storage

Any ideas what is wrong?

I fixed by adding UmbracoFileSystemProviders.Azure.Media
