We have a client running an Umbraco site using version 8.6.3. Every few hours or so random pages will return a 404 page. When this happens, I try checking the page in Umbraco but the link for page says 'This document is published but its URL cannot be routed'. If i re-publish the page, the issue is fixed again until another few hours. I have tried emptying the recycle bin incase any page in there were causing a routing clash, but that did nothing. There are no obvious errors in the error log pointing to this issue either.
This is a live client site, we are urgently trying to get this fixed. Is there anyone that can assist us with the issue?
Yes when we re-build cache, clear App_Data cache and temp, or re-publish any page. The issue will resolve for another week or a random time. There is nothing in the log that is relating to this issue from what we can see

can you see what appears in log? To temporary solve it you can rebuild cache in settings, Published Status
