    Recycle Bin - Media library

    Hi

    We have quite a few items in our media library recycle bin.

    I noticed that items in there can still "show" on web pages.

    I would like to empty the recycle bin, however I am worried if I delete say specific images from there, that they will disappear from web pages referencing them.

    Does anyone have any advice on this?

    Hi there.

    This issue has been around for a long time, and it is regarded as "by design" rather than an issue.

    The issue is still "open" here.

    Try renaming the media files using an unserved extension, or else empty your recycle bin.
