Our company uses Umbraco version 4.11.10 and I am trying to download all the mp3 files we have stored in the media section as we are migrating to a different system. When I browse the folders I can right click on the folder containing our mp3 files, and a menu appears with an option to download. However, when I click on download, all that happens is that a blank tab opens in the browser. Is this feature not available in version 4.11.10 anymore? Is there an alternative way for us to download the media content from Umbraco?
I tried all the different browsers I had available to me (chrome, safari, IE, firefox, opera & edge), and they all had the same result, as in they all just opened a blank tab when trying to download the folder.
I found a workaround which was to go into the different subfolders and download the MP3 files individually, which was tiresome and time consuming, but at least I got the files downloaded.

Hi,
I'm not 100% on this but try using a different browser (even maybe an old ie) it might be the file/mime type isn't recognised / correct.
