I have a number of Umbraco 7 sites (7.13.2, 7.10.4 and 7.10.2) and all of these are now erroring when i try and run locally. The error is;
Could not load all types from "umbraco, Version=1.0.6974.19963, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null" due to LoaderExceptions, skipping:
. System.TypeLoadException on System.Web.UI.Design.ControlDesigner: Could not load type 'System.Web.UI.Design.ControlDesigner' from assembly 'System.Design, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a'.
I've not performed any upgrade on any of these sites and they all work fine on the published versions of the sites, no must be a local dev machine issue, or a windows update or something. Same error on every site! Any ideas, I am pulling my hair out ! I don't see any reference to System.Web.UI.Design.ControlDesigner in any of the projects?
