Umbraco fails to respond with an index was outside the bounds of array exception.

    Greetings.

Over the weekend, we were alerted that our Umbraco instance became unresponsive with a Server error containing an index out of bounds of the array exception:

    A view of the log:

A full restart of the app pool, not recycle, allowed the site to load and serve content.

The site had been up and stable since August 23rd, and there were no users logged in updating data during the time of the incident. We have no idea what could have caused this and are looking for suggestions as far as how to prevent such instances from happening again. Any ideas would be welcome.

Do you have any idea why this kind of issue happends?
    And why IISreset solves it?

Well maybe there is a file locked and IISreset will kill and restart the process so thats something i can think of.
