I'm experiencing a strange issue whenever I save changes to a document type on our two server, load balanced setup (v8.5.2). All pages which use the document type (which can be all pages on the site for some compositions) will disappear from the site and not be available in the navigation, EXCEPT for the first page at each level of the tree. So the top-level home page is always available, then the first page under that, and the first page under that. Everything else is gone from the front-end site, and attempting to access the missing pages will result in a 404.
Reloading the in-memory cache fixes the problem, so there's obviously something stopping the cache from refreshing properly after saving the document type.
Cache problem when saving document types
Hi all,
I'm experiencing a strange issue whenever I save changes to a document type on our two server, load balanced setup (v8.5.2).
Any ideas how to resolve this?
Thanks!
