You need to go into the settings tab then into stylesheets. Add a new style sheet called RTE. You then have to add all your styles in there. H1, H2, H3. You can see in my screenshot for more details.
Once this is done you need to edit the rich text editor data type to tell it to use the new stylesheet you have created. Again you can see in my screenshot for more details.

I need my client to be able to add a heading H1, H2, H3 ext, Can any one help me out?
