I am a bit confused with the new Block List editor. I thought I will replace all 3rd party editors such as DTGE.

I want to do the same as was doing with DTGE, like creating a carrousel widget and add it to cell in the grid.

So my doubts are:

1. Block List Editor replaces DTGE?

2. If yes, how is the "recommended way" to create a widget (like a carrousel) and add it to a cell in a grid layout?
