Hopefully it's not a very obvious response, but if I read this docs it's not very clear to me if the notes for v8.6.0 - v8.6.3 also apply to 8.6.4+. i.e. 'The Umbraco.Core.MainDom.Lock should be applied to your MASTER Administrative server only.' Is that mandatory only up to v8.6.3? What about the 'WEBSITEDISABLEOVERLAPPED_RECYCLING '? Do I need that for 8.6.4+?
Agree, it's confusing, there were several changed to the way load balancing works in an Azure Web App - between these different release versions.
Essentially though the advice in 8.6.0 to 8.6.3 is ONLY for those versions, in 8.6.4 a few things were fixed, and so you no longer need to take those additional steps to get load balancing work in 8.6.4 and moving forwards.
