I'm thinking about upgrading my umbraco version using uSync.complete.
The plan is the following:
1) Install a clean instance 8.9
2) Using usync publisher pull all the content/types/media from my existing dev environment.
3) Follow upgrade guides to upgrade the code base.
Have anybody tried to do something like that? Any potential problems?
Alex, there should be no problems doing that, but to be honest i would use, uSync & uSync.ContentEdtion, you don't need uSync.Complete to do the upgrade.
If you export everything using the uSync dashboard - Then copy the uSync folder along with media, css, scripts and views folders - then when you start up your new site, you should be able to run a usync import and everything will be imported.

Just curious to hear your opinion about that.
Thanks, Alexander.
