Just following the installation of Umbraco 8.7 using VS code. Followed the instructions and have now got an SSL error

IIS Express is running.
But the browser states that:
This site can’t provide a secure connectionlocalhost sent an invalid response. Try running Windows Network Diagnostics. ERRSSLPROTOCOL_ERROR
