    Media Image merge

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 8

    Hi Team,

    I Create one project in my local and I want to Merge media folder images and content tab from my local to server. Can you please help me to update media images from my local to server.

    I just tried copy media folder from my local to server manually but it's not working as expected.

    Can you please help!

    Hi!

    When a media item is created there is also stuff created in the database.

    If you have a love website that has changed since your last local copy and a database restore som local is not an option I think the best thing is to upload them to the live-server manually, if it’s a lot of files it might the worth using some script or so.

    How many files do you have?

    Okey, and what are you doing with the files? Are they used in content pages?

    Is it an option to overwrite you live database with the local database? In that case just overwrite the db and copy the media-folder
