Is there a common way in Umbraco Forms to prevent a form beeing submitted multiple times, e.g. after hitting submit and then reload the page (do the post again) or go back via browser back button and hitting submit again?

Prevent Umbraco Forms multiple submission
Hi,
Is there a common way in Umbraco Forms to prevent a form beeing submitted multiple times, e.g. after hitting submit and then reload the page (do the post again) or go back via browser back button and hitting submit again?
