We need to demo Umbraco Forms and so we installed a trial version and it works quite nicely.
I am unsure regarding the exact time this trial would expire.
If we installed Forms on December 2nd (around 17:00) and have the demo on the 15th, would the trial still be active?
The trial version of Forms is fully featured when running on localhost, with no time limit - so if your demo is able to be run on a local machine it should be ok.
If you run it on a domain that doesn't have a licence, the forms will still render on the frontend but you won't be able to see the submission data in the backoffice. You'll also see a warning message in the backoffice about the missing licence.

Hope that helps!
Thanks for the information. We already passed our deadline without an issue, but it is good to know for future reference.
