Hi I want to export the media files by including the folder and files in the package export from the backoffice. The package is successfully imported into a new project and I can see that the physical files were imported on the physical directory but they don't get displayed on the Media folder structure again and what is even worse the folders also are not displayed. I restarted IIS, clear the browser cache etc but no luck. Any ideas? I tried something but it didn't work: I created the folders and added the images programmatically but it didn't work since the folder's ID are not the same so all the doc types didn't find the right folder (the folders' names are the same but the ID are different
