    Roll back - Throws a timeout error - V8

    Hi,

    We are using Umbraco CMS 8.8.1 and we have a lot of pages on the site.

    When we use the Roll Back feature it times out. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix in the pipeline?

    Hi Jon

    The Rollback feature previous had issues with e.g. grid content, where there might be a lot content to compare.

    It might be worth try upgrading to Umbraco 8.10+ since this issue was fixed in this version: https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/issues/6089

    Furthermore if the pages on the site have been saved often, it might have many versions. In that case I will suggest looking at the package UnVersion: https://our.umbraco.com/packages/website-utilities/unversion/

    Otherwise feel free to raise an issue on the issue tracker https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/issues if you get any specific errors. Maybe any log errors?
