RTE - ignore start nodes

Hi all

our RTE config settings are missing the 'ignore user start node' setting that is mentioned here:

https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/getting-started/backoffice/property-editors/built-in-property-editors/Rich-Text-Editor/Configuration/#ignore-user-start-nodes

any ideas why this may happen? Thanks, Matt
