I am trying to buy a new Starter Umbraco cloud subscription. However it will not let me buy, I get an error on field 'Company registration number (VAT ID if within EU)'.
The error is: Please enter a valid VAT Number (or leave blank if outside EU)
I am based in the UK but my company is not VAT registered. No matter what I put into this field it will not let me pass.

It is great to see that you are showing interest in using Umbraco Cloud. We are aware of the new rules where you don´t need to have a VAT number for purchases from the UK.
If you can contact our support by using the chat bubble on our website. Then the Cloud support team will be able to help and guide you with the solution that we can offer you so far.
