I have had a look into Umbraco with nukeeper. The Umbraco folder is copied using install.ps1 which is deprecated by nuget, however is still supported by visual studio.
This is why they are missing. The copy part of the PS1 could be copied and run by yourself.
I haven't had time to get this done myself but I believe it's the last step :)

We are looking for a way to keep our umbraco versions up to date using nukeeper (cloud is not an option for us). Anyone using it?
We currently have issues because some content files aren't updating with this.
Or does somebody have a good powershell that could update and create the PR for this?
