Hi, We are running Umbraco version 8.6.5 and have notices a number of time when we deploy code using DevOps CI/CD pipeline, we have the site page unavailable. Checking the Umbraco, we can see the node but when we check the info of the node (page), we notice the links says "This document is published but is not in the cache". We try to publish this page, and we still get this error. It is only when we clear the Published cache under Settings > Published Status, we get his working again.

Has anyone experience this or smaller issue in V8? and can anyone explain how we can avoid this happening.
