    Client Accounts

    I'm completely new to Umbraco so I may have searched on the wrong terms. I've got a contact that's been left in the lurch, developer has disappeared and they can no longer login to their Umbraco workspace to make updates - is there anyway to check if the account has been suspended?

    I've tried to reset the password but no luck so I suspect the developer has just 'left the building'

    I don't know what version they are using.

    If you have access to the file system you can use this: https://our.umbraco.com/packages/developer-tools/umbraco-admin-reset/

    Thanks - unfortunately not, I know they will have to move away as they don't have FTP access but I was trying to find a short term solution for them
