Most things you state are possible, except for the website 2 running on a different domain but having some (but not all) pages from website 1. While also have some pages that website 1 doesn't have.
Assuming that you don't want to copy over these pages and have to maintain them in two places.
Or at least this isn't possible not out of the box.
How to setup Multi Site with Umbraco?

I want that we can manage from the umbraco backend 10 websites. But i don't quiet understand how to setup this.
What i want try to do:
Site 1:
Site 2:
Site 3: .. ..

Also will they be all stored in the same wwwroot? How would Nginx resolve that?
Web=> www.mydomain.com => Nginx => Redirect to IP Hostname myDomain.com in Umbraco wwwroot ?
Would SSL Certificates be an issue?
Also how would handle the Database itself?
