How are Blog Items stored in Umbraco?
If i could get the ID, it would be easy to hook up a Commentfunction based to the ID
Couldn't found any docs about it. All are using Disqus.com or such things.

They are stored as content the same as other stuff in Umbraco.
If you take a look at https://our.umbraco.com/packages/collaboration/mediawizards-forum/ (The code is available on github)
It is not a blog, but you would follow the same process to add comments to a blog as the forum is doing, they are just called forums/posts rather than blogs but should use a similar pattern
