    Multiple sites keeping doc types in sync

    Using Umbraco And Getting Started
    Umbraco 8

    If you have multiple sites and using a base project whats the best way if keeping the doc types etc up to date between the projects.

    I have usync but have 20 plus projects finding it difficult to maintain

    Hi Lori

    With Umbraco Cloud, you can use Baselines for this purpose - https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/Umbraco-Cloud/Getting-started/Baselines/

    With uSync you probably have to do some work for each project, but still, it's much easier than without uSync.

    Another way - I think it's quite easy to write some C# classes that would add new properties to the doctypes, then you will add that dll to each project and whoa :)

    thanks for coming back to me Alex.

    Unfortunately not using Umbraco Cloud.

    Absolutely much easier than without Usync.

    Just looking for suggestions for maintaining the project.
