    umbraco forms reg ex stop urls

    Hi Just wondering if I could get some help. Looking for a regex to stop urls being entered into textboxes and textareas. Ive tried the following

    ^((?!https|http|www).)*$

    However, it seems to stop normal text as well.

    I have google Recaptcha V2 on the forms but a lot of spam seems to be getting through. Is there any support yet for google Recaptcha v3.

    Or is there any honey pots that anybody uses that you could recommend?
