I've used UMazel starter kit, and apprenly used Dll modelbuilder, which is not compatible with the embeded modelbuilder used in the package and Umbraco V8. Is there any way to change the modelbuilder, after the content has been created?
The solution works fine in visual studio, but after deployment of the website, it cannot boot, due to the invalidity of Dll.

Are you using the DLL mode of Models Builder?> It's should be the same version.
You can always regenerate dll even on live in the backopffice -> ModelsBuilder panel
