No Matter how well the editor may try to handle copying for word. Most developers will tell you - Do not copy and paste from word.
Especially if you have intentionally done formatting and context in Word to just paste it into an online editor.
Having the copy in there and pasting it cleanly is OK but formatting should be to the site/platform that you are putting it into and using the tools there.
Word links are likely absolute but in your content if its all internally they should actually be relative just as one of many such examples.
Copy and paste links from a rich text file or Word
Does anyone know if pasting from a rich text file or Word document ever carried across any embedded hyperlinks into the RTE (TinyMCE)?
I can get quite a lot of styles to come over without any of the nasty word formatting. But links don't come across at all.
Also the paste button doesn't seem to be working in the toolbar any more in Umbraco 7.15.7!
